Last updated: 16 September 2026 This policy explains how to contact FaceCards about support, billing, privacy, security, intellectual property and account-enforcement decisions. 1. Contacts General support: facecardssupport@gmail.com Billing and statutory refund/remedy requests: facecardssupport@gmail.com Privacy/data protection: facecardssupport@gmail.com Account-enforcement appeals: facecardssupport@gmail.com Legal/IP/security reports: facecardssupport@gmail.com Operator: ONECORTEX LTD, company number 17374603, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. 2. General complaint Include your name/account email, what happened, relevant date/time, device/platform, feature involved, any useful screenshots or error messages and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords, secret tokens, raw camera recordings or unnecessary sensitive information. 3. Technical complaint • device and operating system; • FaceCards app/extension version; • target app/site if relevant; • camera type if relevant; • steps to reproduce; • error message; and • whether the issue stops when FaceCards is turned off. 4. Billing, cancellation-right or statutory-remedy complaint Include the account email, provider (for example Stripe, Apple or Google), amount/currency, purchase date, transaction/receipt reference and a short explanation of the billing error or legal remedy you believe applies. FaceCards does not offer routine discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Do not send full card details. 5. Privacy complaint or data-rights request Send privacy complaints or rights requests to facecardssupport@gmail.com. Explain the account/data involved and the right or outcome you are requesting. We may take proportionate steps to verify identity before disclosing or deleting personal data. We will respond within the time required by applicable data-protection law. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. 6. Camera or gesture safety report Tell us if FaceCards repeatedly triggers unintended actions, fails to stop tracking, appears to keep the camera active unexpectedly, or behaves in a way that creates a safety or privacy concern. Include platform/version and reproduction steps without sending raw camera footage unless we specifically request a lawful and proportionate sample. 7. Security vulnerability report Send reproducible vulnerability details privately. Do not publicly disclose credentials or personal data. Avoid destructive testing, persistence, social engineering, denial of service and accessing more information than reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue. 8. Intellectual-property complaint If you believe FaceCards material unlawfully uses your copyright, trade mark or other right, provide your identity/contact, the work/right relied on, the material or location complained of, why you believe use is unauthorised and relevant evidence. 9. Account-enforcement appeal You may request review of a warning, feature restriction, device revocation, suspension or ban. Include the account email, decision, why you believe it was incorrect/disproportionate, relevant evidence and any corrective action taken. 10. Urgent restrictions An appeal does not automatically restore access where a temporary restriction remains reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety or legal compliance. 11. Response process We aim to acknowledge and investigate complaints promptly, request clarification where needed, keep a proportionate record and communicate the outcome. Complex technical, payment-provider or legal investigations may take longer than routine support. 12. Alternative remedies This process does not prevent you from using statutory consumer remedies, a payment-provider dispute process, a court, the ICO or another regulator where you have the right to do so. We do not claim membership of a particular alternative-dispute-resolution scheme unless the live website expressly states that membership. 13. Abusive contact We may limit repetitive, threatening or abusive communications after giving appropriate notice where reasonable. We will not treat a genuine complaint, rights request or lawful dispute as abuse merely because it is critical of FaceCards. 14. Contact All current public contact categories may be sent to facecardssupport@gmail.com.
