FaceCards End User Licence Agreement

Last updated: 16 September 2026 This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) governs installation and use of released FaceCards software, including desktop, mobile and browser-extension software. It should be read with the FaceCards Terms and Conditions. The software is licensed, not sold. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences. 1. Licensor FaceCards is operated by: ONECORTEX LTD Company number: 17374603 Registered in: England and Wales Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom General support, privacy, legal, intellectual-property and safety contact: facecardssupport@gmail.com “FaceCards”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ONECORTEX LTD and the FaceCards service. “You” and “your” mean the individual accessing or using FaceCards. 2. Licence grant You must be at least 18 years old to accept this EULA or use FaceCards. Subject to the Terms, this EULA and any applicable purchase entitlement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use FaceCards on supported personal devices for lawful personal use. A lifetime entitlement removes the ordinary expiry date from the FaceCards account entitlement; it does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand or intellectual property. 3. Permitted copies and devices You may install FaceCards on devices you control, subject to the active-device limit applicable to your entitlement. Copies reasonably created by an operating system, app store or backup mechanism are permitted where they remain for your own lawful use. 4. Platform-specific versions FaceCards may be distributed through our website, browser-extension stores, Apple platforms, Google Play or other approved channels. Capabilities differ by operating system and store rules. If mandatory app-store licence terms apply to a particular copy, those terms apply to that distribution only to the extent required by the relevant platform. ONECORTEX LTD remains responsible for its own contractual promises and mandatory consumer obligations. 5. Account and entitlement requirement Some software functions require a verified FaceCards account, a live trial or an active lifetime/manual entitlement, a registered controller device and acceptance of the current Terms. The software may periodically revalidate access and policy status with FaceCards servers. 6. Camera and local tracking The software may request camera permission to perform local computer-vision gesture recognition. Raw camera frames are intended to remain on the device and are not intended to be uploaded to the FaceCards backend. Derived calibration profiles may be synchronised as described in the Privacy Policy. FaceCards uses Google MediaPipe Tasks in relevant builds. Google states that MediaPipe input data such as images/video is processed on-device and not sent to Google servers, while performance and utilisation metrics are sent to Google. See the Privacy Policy for the data categories, purposes and applicable user information. 7. Automation permissions Depending on platform, FaceCards may request browser site access, keyboard/mouse execution capability, Android Accessibility Service access, accessibility overlays, a camera foreground service, app-store billing capability, autostart, updater or other permissions necessary for released features. You decide whether to grant operating-system permissions. Some features cannot operate without the relevant permission. Details appear in the Platform Permissions, Automation and Compatibility Notice. 8. User-configured actions FaceCards executes mappings that you configure or select. You are responsible for testing mappings and ensuring the target app/site is appropriate. Do not configure actions that could cause serious harm or high-consequence transactions if triggered unintentionally. 9. Restrictions Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not: • sell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially distribute FaceCards; • circumvent entitlement, device, trial, security or update controls; • modify or create a competing derivative of proprietary FaceCards code; • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble FaceCards except to the extent a non-excludable legal right permits it; • extract credentials, private keys or security secrets; • use FaceCards to attack, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to systems; or • remove proprietary notices from redistributed material where redistribution is not otherwise permitted. 10. Interoperability and legal exceptions Nothing in this EULA removes any right to decompile, observe, study, test, make backup copies or obtain interoperability information where applicable law gives you a right that cannot validly be excluded by contract. 11. Third-party and open-source components FaceCards includes third-party and open-source software, including MediaPipe and Tauri components in relevant builds. Those components are governed by their applicable licences. Where an open-source licence conflicts with this EULA for that component, the open-source licence controls. Required licence and attribution notices must remain with distributed builds. 12. Updates FaceCards may check for and install or offer signed software updates. Security or protocol changes may make an older version unsupported. Update signatures verify the origin/integrity of supported updates but do not guarantee that an operating system or third party will treat the publisher as trusted. 13. No transfer of ownership ONECORTEX LTD and its licensors retain all rights in FaceCards not expressly granted. No title to proprietary software, source code, models, branding or confidential know-how passes to you. 14. Termination of licence This licence ends if your entitlement is fully refunded/revoked, your account is lawfully terminated for serious breach, or you permanently cease using FaceCards and delete/uninstall it. Proportionate enforcement and statutory rights remain governed by the Terms. On termination you must stop using proprietary FaceCards software and, where reasonably possible, uninstall copies for which you no longer have a right to use. 15. Consumer rights and warranties Nothing in this EULA excludes mandatory rights concerning digital content or services. Any disclaimer in the FaceCards documents is subject to those rights. 16. Governing law This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. 17.
